David Swenson & Shelley Washington
David is one of the foremost practitioners and instructors of Ashtanga Yoga, traveling widely to share the method. His courses stay accessible to all levels.
Shelley received First Level authorization from Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in 2005 and Second Level from Sharath Rangaswamy in 2010. She brings clear teaching and a steady presence to the room.
